Standard Transactions; add new option to move to previous/ next Business Day

A new option has been added for Standard Transactions to move the date to the previous or next Business Day, if it falls on a non-Business Day.

This is defined per Element, under the Defaults page. The options are None, i.e. do not move, Previous Business Day and Next Business Day.

Note, this setting only applies to Standard Transactions on a regular cycle, i.e. Opening, Once cycles will not apply this setting. Also, the Stop Date is applied based upon the original date, not the adjusted date.

WARNING: Be careful of dates that are moved across the Maturity Date. For example, if a date is on/ before the Maturity Date but is moved to after the Maturity Date then it will not be included when Quoting the Account. If a date is after the Maturity Date but is moved back to on/ before the Maturity Date it will be included - in this example you may use the Standard Transaction's Stop Date to stop this occurring.

Note, if the Standard Transaction is a Payment the Calendar used is from the Bank Account related to the Payment Method, otherwise the Account's Entity Business/ Banking Day Calendar is used.
