Unzip file into a temporary folder and run Setup.exe.
If you see a Microsoft Defender Smartscreen warning click 'Run anyway' to continue. Alternatively, right-click the zip file to open Properties and under Security section 'Unblock' the file.

Note: Requires Windows 10 and the Microsoft .NET framework version 4.8. For more information see System Requirements.
